It can feel a little overwhelming with such conflicting information available on the world wide web.  Some experts will tell you to never eat carbs after 8 pm others to eat carbs before 9 am? So here lies the confusion.

Healthy eating shouldn’t be about deprivation or starvation. Neither should it be about cooking separate meals for you and your family?

A HEP should be about cooking delicious unfussy, uncomplicated recipes that will improve your health, boost your energy levels and not take up lots of time.


We believe that’s why the 404040 Plan is different. We don’t dictate what you should and shouldn’t eat when to eat, how to eat. We guide you in making healthy choices, that will create a mindset change, a lifestyle change. A change in you and your body.

For the first time, we are opening up our Plan to give you access to some of our delicious recipe, to try them out for yourself.


Tuna Pasta Salad – BS, I


2 Spring onions

1 Beef Tomato

25 grams cooked wholewheat pasta

1 small can of tuna (in water)

8 Cooked Green Beans

7 black pitted olives


pinch of chili flakes


1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar


Chop the tomato and spring onion. Place them into a bowl, add the cooked pasta and olives. Flake the tuna over the top. In a separate bowl mix the dressing ingredients together. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well.


If you’re not a fan of Tuna you could try using Salmon of trout. You could also try using couscous instead of pasta
