    The 404040 is a distinctive blend of effective easy to follow video exercises that you can do at home. Within the 404040 plan you will also receive 40 nutritionally balanced recipes in the form of an ebook. The Plan is specifically designed for people over the age of 40.

    Due to the nature of the 404040 Plan we unfortunately don’t issue refunds. However we are confident that you will enjoy the plan.

  • q-iconCan I Do More Than One Workout A Day?

    For best results we recommend that you follow the exercises set out in the 404040 Plan four times a week, one workout per day. Our workouts are challenging and the body needs time to fully recover between workouts. We caution you against doing more than one workout a day as this can place the body under immense stress which can lead to injury.

  • q-iconDo I Have To Do The Workouts At The Same Time Each Day?

    Absolutely not. It is entirely up to you when you work out, our plan is adaptable and should fit around your schedule. We completely understand that life can get in the way sometimes and days may need to be changed around.

    Absolutely. Our plan is for everyone. We include different variations of each exercise to suit every level. You choose the variation that suits you and your body.

    You should start seeing results in as little as 2 weeks. Try to stay with the plan for the full 40 days and you will be in the best shape of your life.

    Absolutely. Although the plan is specifically designed for people over the age of 40. It has been proven to work at any age. Give It A Go.

    Given the variety of workouts on our plan it is difficult to pinpoint the exact amount of calories burnt per workout. This will vary greatly from person to person. We therefore don’t focus on calories burnt per workout as this is so objective. We prefer to focus on results.

    Your health and wellbeing are important to us. We advise you to check with your doctor before embarking on any health and fitness regime.

    Of course. We completely understand that you may have external commitments. If you want to mix up your training with ours that is absolutely fine.

    We would advise that you stick with the recipe ingredients. However as we know that not all ingredients suit all people we have come up with our own Pick N Choose ingredient options to accompany your Healthy Eating Plan, you will find this in the ebook.
