If you haven’t discovered the delights of using avocado in a fruit smoothie, You must try it. It tastes deliciously creamy.
This smoothie is packed full of ingredients that can help to promote healthy glowing skin. Plus it’s high in calcium and healthy fats that are good for the heart, your cholesterol, and your overall health.
Serves One – You Will Need
1/2 Avocado
Handful of Strawberries
4 Tbsp Natural Greek Yoghurt
1 tbsp almond butter (Or any organic nut butter you prefer)
Dash of Milk – Almond, Soya Or Cows
Lots Of Ice
Method
Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. I tend to whizz mine up for 30 seconds, shake the smoothie mixture and then re-blend for a further 30 seconds.
If you prefer your smoothies with a thinner consistency you could try adding more milk.
